On my twice-daily dog walks (yes I carry poop bags) I notice junk cars parked in the driveways of homes and motorhomes and trailers parked for days in the street. It is my understanding that those situations are not to exist and that the Code Compliance people are in place to ensure that those situations are ameliorated. What gives?
